On the front façade Kate specified Silver Ocean Cross Cut Travertine in a brushed finish. This finished look is beautifully unique without stepping away from current trends.
In the open plan kitchen zone the flooring is polished concrete. To complement this contemporary style KWD has supplied Serpengiante Stone in a leather finish for the kitchen bench tops and splash back. The end result is a family friendly and practical space that will last the distance and remain sophisticated for many years to come.
Flowing through to the living room, the Serpengiante Stone was used again on the feature fireplace. The neutral tone allows for a range of accessories in any colour.
Both bathrooms feature floor to ceiling Silver Ocean Cross Cut Travertine in a brushed finish in an 800×400 format. To complete the hotel-esque main bathroom KWD also sourced the incredible freestanding Love Bath!
Hard wearing and super soft under foot, Plush Pile Carpet in a Taupe shade has been laid through the bedrooms and extra living zone. This carpet is highly stain resistant and copes extremely well in high traffic areas.
Ty and his team at Stellice have cleverly designed the pool and outdoor entertaining area at the rear of the property. Private and inviting, the area is low maintenance and perfect for all year round use. KWD has specified white 25×25 multi shaded mosaics in glass in the swimming pool and further silver travertine paving around the pool. The vertical garden creates a fantastic feature on the rear fencing.
