This incredible property in Glen Iris is another fine example of Zeno Entity’s thoughtful, sophisticated and practical design style. In collaboration with Kate Walker of KWD, the house and garden is beautifully finished with some of the finest hard finish solutions.

Kitchen: Impressive at every turn, the Peat Ave kitchen is a modern masterpiece.  KWD and Zeno Entity specified the rich chocolate timber veneer cabinetry to create a warm and inviting space, which in turn complements the stunning and dramatic black granite bench top, with a spectacular design feature of the hollow ends.  Other features include top of the range stainless steel European appliances and the latest in modern tap ware.

Flooring: Flowing throughout the downstairs kitchen and living zones a KWD favourite, honed Carrara marble in slab form. Sourced from Italy, they are an exceptionally beautiful tile and when maintained correctly will make a lasting impression for many years to come.  This material has been on trend for centuries, and stands the test of time, always being elegant and relevant.

Bathrooms: In keeping with the exceptionally high quality design and fittings throughout this property, KWD and Zeno Entity incorporated honed slabs of Carrara marble onto the bathroom walls. It creates a luxurious room that is inspired by a 5 star hotel.  Take special note of the way the slab marble has been laid, book-matched to perfection.  This material is timeless.  Any wonder it is a KWD staple.

Bedrooms:  KWD and Zeno Entity selected beautiful timber flooring, to create a warm and inviting space.  A great option if allergies are a concern for your family, as it doesn’t store dust mites like carpet can.  Kate Walker of KWD particularly loves european engineered oak in an oiled finish to achieve casual elegance.

Swimming Pool/Landscaping and balcony:  Stunning unfilled vein cut Turkish silver travertine was imported specifically for this project, and the extra effort put into the specification of this material paid dividends.  A warm, inviting, practical and luxurious outcome was achieved.
