Belle Mar is Virgon’s latest luxury New Homes Collection. The collection offers 4 stylish floor plans, designed to accommodate any block shape and size – Slim, Duo, Triple and Basement.

This contemporary new design aims to enhance the culture of indoor/outdoor living. The Belle Mar collection is flexible in design, giving clients the opportunity to customise design to suit their family’s needs and dreams.

Virgon share their client’s passion for great design and will create a unique, tailored home whilst providing comfort that budget and timelines won’t be compromised.

Directors and brothers John and Renato Virgona established Virgon Property over twenty years ago. Their expertise in property, building and construction, combined with their intricate knowledge of the inner suburban real estate market is the criteria on which they have established their success as new home builders.

Quality, innovation and creativity are the hallmarks of Virgon developments, specifically concentrating on individual designs, rather than the higher volume home building market. Virgon has received numerous awards including their most prestigious “Master Builders Association” award for “Most Innovative Construction”; Virgon has featured in various magazines such as “Luxury Home Design” and the Master Builders Association, “Winning Homes Catalogue”.

Based in Hawthorn, the company has a strong affinity with the prestigious suburbs of Melbourne’s inner east, with the majority of their work conducted there. As a result of their success, they have the recognition and market support from potential buyers seeking a modern, well-designed new home close to most of Melbourne’s best schools.

In collaboration with John and Renato Virgona of Virgon Property Group, Kate Walker of KWD helped specify, source and supply the majority of the hard finishes, including tiles, stone, pavers and pool tiles.  Details of the specification are outlined below.

Main Floor Tiles:  Grey sandstone Lappato rectified glazed porcelain. An internal version of this tile was specified inside the house whilst an external version was used in the outside alfresco area. The effect is a wonderful flow from inside to out.

Kitchen Countertop: The finest quality Calacutta honed Italian marble.  Stunningly striking and a true statement piece for the kitchen/living area.

Bathroom/Ensuite: Charcoal porcelain tiles on the floor and an oyster grey feature wall tile in both the main bathroom and ensuites. The clean, modern spaces are in keeping with the contemporary feel of the home whilst still remaining warm and inviting.

External and Pool: Previously mentioned grey sandstone Lappato rectified glazed porcelain covers the external alfresco area whilst ash grey granite pavers were specified around the pool area incorporating bullnose pavers made to measure. Teal green/blue pool mosaics were specified to provide a punch of colour in the landscape.  The clear glass front on the pool is an architectural masterpiece.
