PRODUCTS SPECIFIED
Entrance Foyer: Pietra Grigio marble in 610×305 honed. A strong, striking statement for the entrance foyer, providing a taste of what the remainder of the development would produce. A clever move on the developer’s part.
Main Flooring: Irish Twist solution dyed nylon carpet in Sable. Practical, yet designer in appearance, this carpet ticked many boxes, including price point. This material is certainly economical when compared with it’s wool counterparts, but has the added bonus of cleanability and durability.
Kitchen Bench top and Tiles: Caesar Stone kitchen bench tops in Osprey. Wall tiles are 400×48 white gloss Subway tiles featuring a grey grout.
Bathroom and Ensuite Tiles: 330×600 glazed porcelain off-white tiles used on floors and walls to create the feeling of space in these small spaces. Vertical shower wall feature comprises Jewels Prata mosaic tiles. The feature highlighted the vertical space in the room, whilst adding a touch of bling!
