“The minute Kate Walker saw the unrenovated property we were looking to buy, she instantly loved the roof pitch and could see that the home had fabulous bones. She immediately visualised what the home could become with the right design direction. The exterior of the home was very carefully designed and constructed to look like a renovation rather than a new build, so it sits very comfortably in the streetscape. The home itself has a sense of softness whilst maintaining its innate grandeur.
