MATERIALS SPECIFIED:

Flooring: 189mm Engineered oak timber flooring in Elephant Skin was specified throughout the kitchen and living areas. It oozes style and sophistication and will withstand decades of wear and tear.

Kitchen: Serpengiante cross cut honed marble slabs of the highest quality were specified for the kitchen bench top and back wall above the splashback. The splashback features a strip of bronze mirror, adding an architectural edge. Cabinetry comprises Natural White 2 Pak. Complimented by Bosch stainless steel appliances, this kitchen looks incredible but will also meet the demands of the most enthusiastic cook!

Bathroom and Powder Room: Floor to ceiling marble covers the main bathroom – Serpengiante 600×300. The vanities are a dark brown timber veneer.  Modern luxury.
