Architectural design and style are evident in every inch of this fabulous residence.  This project oozes quality, with stunning finishes throughout.

In collaboration with Archie Contes of Neovision, Kate Walker of Kate Walker Design helped specify, source and supply the majority of the hard finishes, including tiles, stone, pavers and slab work.

PRODUCTS SPECIFIED

Main Flooring:  Honed Bluestone in 600x300x10mm format, laid stack bond.  With minimal catpaw, and some lava lines, the bluestone specified is particularly consistent in colour tonality and texture.  The floor has been slab heated, which adds luxury to this already silky smooth stone.

Kitchen Countertop and Ensuite Vanities: Michaelangelo Calacutta Marble.  Very striking with strong, unique veining.  The grey veining works beautifully with the palette created by the white painted walls, and bluestone flooring.

Bathroom and Ensuite Tiles:  For consistency, the use of the bluestone has been carried through to the bathroom and ensuite as a flooring.  Modern, and minimalist gloss white subway tiles in the 400×48 format have been used on the walls, to create light and space.  Tiles were installed to ceiling height which creates a luxurious feel.   A feature wall of bluestone was also incorporated, to highlight the bath, and also, strategically placed on the wall opposite the mirror, to achieve reflection of the stone from many angles in the room.

External:.  Sawn Bluestone, to enable a flow-through effect from inside to outside, whilst providing the functionality of an anti-slip surface.
